Unlike most contractors we do not take any money up front for labor. We get paid when you are happy. We do take deposits on special order materials only. Locally obtained, common materials are only billed for the day they arrive at your home. On larger jobs we break the payments into sections (demolition, framing, plumbing….) then get paid when a section is complete.

Our main business goal is to foster a trail of elated customers. If we have a following of thrilled people bragging to their friends about the wonderful craftsmen who came to their home, we have succeeded. From that springs more opportunity than we can handle.
